New Years 2010

Made it!

Good news for my health, yesterday. Nothing indicates further development of my condition. We're staying on course for my treatments, and have as much reason as any to remain quite positive and optimistic.

And that seems to be the theme or our New Year :)

Kaylee's Lip Ring

Our daughter just had to have her lip pierced!

I had to sign the form for her. She's happy about it, but expects a little swelling over the next few days. The sacrifices, to be different enough to fit in!

Of course, Brennan had to have a gag over it :P

Cow-Town Christmas

Brennan models a cowboy hat we found at my parent's place.

Of course, the youngest received the most attention... Particularly grandparents and great-grandparents made sure of it!

My sisters, Connie and Cathy, joined us for the festivities.

It was special that Carson and his family were able to join us. Warm thanks to aunt Anne for staying with her daughter, and offering her home for his family

Birthday & Seasonal Feast

Patsy and I hosted my birthday dinner and our seasonal family dinner.

There was plenty of food.

Sisters Anne and Jeanette came, bringing Father Fillion.

Sister Anne said grace.

There were 47 candles on my cake!

Christmas Tree

This year's Christmas tree is amazing!

At Kaylee's insistence, the tree was decked in gold, with red highlights.

The gifts are beginning to pile up underneath.

If this were to be the last Christmas tree to be enjoyed, it would be an excellent choice!
